Skills Audit
-This is carried out at certain point sin the life of an organisation.For example, if the company has new management it will want to carry out a skills audit to see what skills are in the company and which are lacking
-A skills audit also takes place if there is a change in the structure with the new employees coming and others leavinng
-There isn't a definite time in which it takes place
